Keep upcoming appointments and meetings always in view.
Is there a way to make the meeting attendees people who have accepted invite show in the list view of outoook calendar? The reason is, we have a shared calender for certain training webinars - so looks best in List view in outlook. When people click on that calendar, I want them to see the webinar, date and time, and who is already accepted to attend. I can't find a field for Accepted to attend to make as a column - in fact I can't find that field at all in any outlook fields - wherever is it?

Of course, if my imaginary attendees actually were coming, I would be so stunned that I would probably forget all about Outlook altogether. That would be wonderful, I know how to manage fields, but not how to bring that data into a custom field - mainly because I just can't see where that information is stored :. BTW, if you want everyone to see the view, i would create a new view, for this folder, everyone and create a list view with the fields you need. Well, i can't see microsoft outlook 2016 calendar view free way to do with microsofr, since we can't break out the recipient collection as individuals - but if you can run a macro on one computer, that can be used to create a list of attendees who accepted.
